JoAnne Musick presents "What do Criminal Lawyers Need to Know About Juvenile Law?"  Juvenile Law is different.  The criminal practitioner dealing with a client who has prior juvenile history needs to know what that history means, and more importantly, what it does not mean.  This overview is dedicated to a basic understanding of the juvenile law process and how those records can affect the now adult accused.  The course will be approved for 1 hour of participatory CLE credit including .25 hours of ethics.    2016 FBCCDAA paid members who register online are invited to attend. Lunch will be provided at no cost to 2016 FBCCDAA paid members who register online.  Criminal Defense Attorneys can join the group by clicking on Join Now and then come back and register.  You must register here by clicking the link on this page or click on the Events tab on the website.  This helps ensure we have an adequate food count and that those registering online are given priority for materials and are provided a lunch.
